The President Hotel Belrose is a multi faceted "locals" hotel that has been serving the area since 1968 and over the years has developed a reputation as a welcoming family friendly hotel. The hotel is located centrally on the Northern Beaches in the heart of The Forest, in a suburb that is fast becoming a bargain shoppers mecca with the Belrose Homemakers Supa Centa a few minutes drive away.

In 2007, The Bayfield Family & Bayfield Hotels Group, took over the hotel with a vision to inject some much needed TLC into the local venue. They have been proudly serving The Northern Beaches with the highest of quality hospitality, food and beverage for over 30 years via other hotel outlets including the iconic Newport Arms Hotel, Dee Why Hotel and Newport Mirage Hotel.

In its current form, the hotel facilities include a large main bar, family friendly bistro, large beergarden, kids playground, undercover function area and a liquor discount outlet called Liquor City (previously located at Dee Why Hotel).

Other facilities including, a broad range of tap beers, TAB, SKY & FOX capabilities. The hotel is a great spot to catch all the live sporting action on a series of large 50" plasmas that are located throughout the hotel and is heavily involved in many local sporting teams.

The hotel's ever popular Bistro serves an extensive range of fresh bistro cuisine. The Bistro also has many weekly specials promotions that are very popular, especially our famous $12 Steaks on Wednesday nights and a newly introduced $12.95 Seniors Lunch Meal Deal.

SOMETHING IS HAPPENNING SOON - AN ALL NEW PRESIDENT HOTEL

It's early days, but finally we have started construction of a full redevelopment of The President Hotel. During this time THE HOTEL WILL BE TRADING BUSINESS AS USUAL, so we appreciate your ongoing support during these exciting times. We are hopeful of opening the new hotel sometime in early 2009.

The new hotel will include a full renovation and expansion of the hotel's facilities and will offer:

• NEW Bar facilities
• New Private Function Facilities
• New Bistro Facilities
• New Indoor Kids Playground facilities
• New Beergarden Facilities
• Landscaped gardens

In addition to hotel facilities will be the launch of a massive Independent Liquor Warehouse outlet that will continue to bring locals some of the hottest liquor deals around. Stay tuned as the deals are just about to get BIGGER and our loyal patrons will be the winners.
